Torve is a media companion for discovery, organization, playback, synchronization, device linking, and account-backed workflows. Torve does not provide movies, shows, channels, playlists, streams, IPTV service, subscriptions, or rights to third-party content.
Free software
Torve is free software under AGPL-3.0-or-later. No subscription or purchase is required. There are no paid tiers or paid-only features. Source and contribution information are available on the source page.
Accounts
Accounts provide synchronization, device linking, account-backed storage, recovery, export, deletion, ownership boundaries, and security controls. Account registration is not a purchase.
User responsibilities
- Use only lawful content sources and services you are permitted to access.
- Keep account, provider, playlist, and device credentials secure.
- Comply with connected services' terms and applicable law.
- Do not bypass authentication, ownership, privacy, device-security, or anti-abuse controls.
- Do not post credentials, private logs, or sensitive user data to public support channels.
Third-party services and extensions
Torve can communicate with user-selected services and extensions. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by their operators. Torve does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services or content.
Intellectual property and attribution
Torve source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Third-party metadata, artwork, titles, descriptions, and marks remain the property of their owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Watch-provider availability data supplied through TMDB is powered by JustWatch.
Donations
Donations are voluntary support only. They do not create feature access, quotas, badges, support priority, storage, sync, themes, content, or other product capabilities.
Availability and termination
Torve and connected services may change or become unavailable. Torve may suspend or terminate account-backed services where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms.
