Account Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your Torve account and associated data, you can request deletion using one of the methods below.
How to request deletion
Delete from Torve directly
- Open Torve
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Open Account
- Select Delete Account
- Follow the confirmation steps
Request deletion via email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Torve account to:
support@torve.appUse the subject line: Account Deletion Request
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, Torve will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data, including:
- Account profile information
- Login credentials
- Saved preferences
- Watchlist and favorites
- Search history stored with your account
- Linked device associations
- Installed extensions and related configuration
- Other account-associated app usage data that is no longer required
What may be retained
Torve may retain limited data where necessary for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes. Examples may include:
- Security logs
- Records required to investigate abuse or fraud
- Limited purchase or transaction records, where applicable
- Records required by law
Purchase records held by payment providers
Your purchase history with Google Play (for in-app purchases) or Paddle (for purchases on torve.app) is maintained by those providers independently. Deleting your Torve account does not affect records held by the provider where you made the purchase.
Retention periods
Where data must be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons, it will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes and then deleted or anonymized.

Processed instantly once you confirm in the app.
Processing begins after identity verification.
